Keys are delivered electronically once payment is authorised and the order passes verification. Most orders complete within moments. If something needs a manual check, we will email you about it rather than leave you waiting.

Yes. PixHaste sells licensed digital activation keys sourced through authorised supply, and each one redeems on the official platform named on the product page. We are not the publisher or the platform operator, and we do not claim any affiliation with them.

Every listing states its platform, its activation region and its edition before you buy. A key intended for one platform, edition or region will not work on another, so it is worth checking those three lines on the product page first.

An activation key cannot be returned once it has been disclosed or delivered, so completed deliveries are generally final. We will still review your order when a key is invalid through no fault of yours, was already redeemed before delivery, or is materially different from what you ordered. Our Refund Policy sets out the detail.

Yes. Nothing is tied to your account until it is redeemed, so you can pass an order on to whoever it is for. Just keep it to one person, because the first redemption is the one that counts.

We currently sell to customers in the United States only. We plan to open up to more countries in future.
