What personal information PixHaste collects, and how it is used and protected.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how PixHaste LLC collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when customers visit the Site, communicate with PixHaste, or purchase a product. This policy covers PixHaste U.S.-only customer operations.
2. Information We Collect
PixHaste collects information needed to operate the store and fulfill orders. This includes:
- Identity and contact information, including name, email address, and billing information provided during checkout or support.
- Transaction information, including products ordered, order value, transaction identifiers, refund status, and purchase history.
- Payment-related transaction information provided by the payment processor, such as payment status, payment method type, billing details, and transaction identifiers. Payment credentials are processed by the payment provider.
- Technical and security information generated during Site use and checkout, including IP address, browser information, timestamps, and fraud or security indicators.
- Communications sent to PixHaste, including support emails, screenshots, feedback, and other information voluntarily provided.
3. How We Use Personal Information
PixHaste uses personal information to process and fulfill orders, deliver activation keys, provide customer support, verify transactions, prevent fraud and chargebacks, issue refunds, maintain financial and tax records, operate and secure the Site, communicate service-related information, enforce the Terms, protect legal rights, and comply with legal, regulatory, payment-network, and law-enforcement requirements.
4. How We Disclose Personal Information
PixHaste discloses personal information only as needed for business operations and legal obligations. Recipients can include payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, website and cloud hosting providers, email service providers, accounting and tax professionals, legal advisers, and other service providers that support the Site or order fulfillment.
PixHaste can also disclose information when required by law, legal process, payment-network rules, or a valid government request, and when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect customers, protect PixHaste, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets.
PixHaste does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. The provider used at checkout processes payment information under its own privacy notice and legal terms. PixHaste receives the transaction information made available by the provider for order fulfillment, accounting, refunds, fraud prevention, and support.
6. Cookies and Core Site Technologies

7. Data Retention
PixHaste retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax compliance, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements. Retention periods vary by record type and legal requirement.

PixHaste uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of U.S. states that provide applicable privacy rights can submit requests allowed by the law that applies to them. Those rights can include access, correction, deletion, portability, and other rights provided by state law.
To submit a privacy request, email support@pixhaste.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” PixHaste can verify the requester identity before completing the request. PixHaste will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right. A legally available appeal can be submitted to the same email address with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”
10. Children
The Site is a general-audience online retail store and is not directed to children under 13. PixHaste does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. When PixHaste learns that such information was collected without legally required authorization, PixHaste will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian can contact support@pixhaste.com.
11. Third-Party Gaming and Payment Services
Products are redeemed through third-party gaming platforms and payments are processed through third-party payment services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. PixHaste is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of services it does not control.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
PixHaste can update this Privacy Policy by posting the revised version with a new effective date. Additional notice will be provided when required by law.
