Refunds and replacements

An activation key cannot be returned once it has been disclosed or delivered, so completed deliveries are generally final. We will review your order when the key is invalid through no fault of yours, was already redeemed before delivery, or is materially different from the product ordered. Where a replacement is appropriate we will provide one before issuing a refund.
