How to Activate Your Key

Before you start

Check the product page for the platform your key redeems on. A key issued for one platform, edition or region will not work on another, and the platform is shown on every listing next to the price.

Steam

1. Open the Steam client and sign in, or create an account at store.steampowered.com.
2. Click Games in the top menu, then Activate a Product on Steam.
3. Accept the subscriber agreement, enter your key exactly as it was sent, and confirm.
4. The game is added to your library and can be installed from there.

Rockstar Games Launcher

1. Install and open the Rockstar Games Launcher, then sign in to your Social Club account.
2. Open Settings, then Account Information, then Redeem Code.
3. Enter your key and confirm to add the game to your library.

Epic Games

1. Sign in at epicgames.com or in the Epic Games Launcher.
2. Open your account menu and choose Redeem Code.
3. Enter your key and confirm.

Ubisoft Connect

1. Open Ubisoft Connect and sign in.
2. Open the menu, then Activate a key.
3. Enter your key and confirm.

EA App

1. Open the EA app and sign in.
2. Open the menu, then Redeem Code.
3. Enter your key and confirm.

If your key will not activate

First check three things: that you are redeeming on the platform named on the product page, that your account region matches the activation region shown on the listing, and that the key has been entered exactly as sent, including dashes.

If it still fails, email support@pixhaste.com with your order number, the exact error message and a screenshot. Do not post your key publicly or share it with anyone — whoever redeems it first keeps the game.
