Digital Delivery and Fulfillment Policy

1. Digital Products Only

PixHaste sells digital video game activation keys. No physical goods are shipped and no physical tracking number is provided.

2. How Delivery Works

After successful payment and required order verification, the activation key is delivered electronically using the method shown during checkout or in the order confirmation.

3. Delivery Timing

Eligible orders are fulfilled electronically after payment authorization and order verification. Delivery can be delayed by fraud screening, technical issues, third-party system availability, or temporary product availability.

For a material delay, contact support@pixhaste.com for an order-status review. When PixHaste cannot fulfill a paid order, the order will be canceled and the applicable charge will be refunded.

4. When Delivery Is Complete

Digital delivery is complete when the activation key or digital entitlement is made available through the designated electronic delivery method for the order. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the contact method used for the purchase.

5. Delivery Records

PixHaste keeps electronic fulfillment records for customer support, fraud prevention, and payment-dispute handling. Records can include the order identifier, delivery timestamp, customer email, technical security data, and evidence showing that the digital product was displayed, sent, accessed, or otherwise fulfilled.

6. Activation Problems

If an activation problem occurs, first confirm the platform, edition, region, and activation instructions shown for the product. If the problem continues, contact support@pixhaste.com with the order number, error message, and relevant screenshots. Do not publicly post or share the activation key.
